Privacy
Last updated: July 2026 · This is a plain-English summary; a full policy will accompany paid membership and account features.
What we collect
- When you register interest: your email address, and your name if you give it.
- When you hold an account (once accounts open): your display name, email, and the details you choose to add — such as state, region, suburb, favourite sports and teams.
- As you use the site: competition entries, scores and basic technical logs needed to run the platform securely.
What we never show publicly
We do not publicly display your private address, date of birth, phone number or email address. Public leaderboards show only what's needed to compete — such as a display name, team and location at the level you choose.
How we use it
- To run competitions, leaderboards and your account.
- To email you about Podium 32 if you asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent cheating and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. Paid recommendations and listings are always clearly labelled and never disguised as independent advice.
Children
Junior athlete profiles and children's features require parent or guardian approval, and extra privacy protections apply. Private contact details and home addresses are never published for minors.
Your choices
